About the Role
As a Client Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring childcare centres are well-supported and ready to thrive, by supporting administrative tasks, site preparation and showroom coordination. Based in the Melbourne showroom, the role also plays a key part in delivering a premium in-person experience to visiting clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

Showroom Coordination:

Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Prepare showroom spaces and maintain presentation standards.

Restock showroom samples, brochures, and new resource displays.

Manage showroom bookings and support showroom events or walkthroughs as required.

On Site Support:

Coordinate and execute the unpacking and marking off of products delivered to new childcare centres, including remote and interstate travel as required

Organise and support set-up of rooms to meet centre requirements (including teaching pedagogies) and optimise the use of educational resources, including light furniture set-up/assembly where required.

Conduct basic cleaning and preparation to ensure fit-outs are client-ready.

Communicate with internal teams to resolve any delivery discrepancies or missing items promptly

Provide feedback to relevant teams to continuously improve the setup process

Prepare and adjust quotes for standard or low-complexity projects.

Conduct drive-by's to check site readiness or progress.

Relay confirmed colour selections and order details to the design team.

Deliver brochures or samples to centres and make outbound calls to support churn activity.

Brief internal stakeholders on project details or changes as directed by the Client Relations Manager.

This role is perfect for someone organized, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference in early childhood education.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience working in a childcare centre.

A flexible, adaptable approach to work with the willingness to travel regularly.

An outgoing personality with a passion for building new relationships.

A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

A valid driver's license
