- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across all showrooms
- Order new rings as required to support maintaining stock levels
- Coordinate and oversee showroom stocktakes to ensure stock integrity and accurate reporting
- Conduct final quality checks of stock rings prior to showroom allocation
- Manage workflows to ensure accurate recording of onsite inventory
- Act as the first point of contact for showroom teams regarding technical product queries and stock concerns
- Troubleshoot and respond to showroom queries with clarity, speed, and a solutions-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of stock levels and movements
- Develop and implement efficient processes for monitoring and maintaining stock levels
