Retail Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill this key retail role.
- Administrative support is required across store operations, including managing stock transfers, inventory queries, and receipting processes.
- Logistics coordination and courier bookings are necessary for store and Head Office deliveries, including meeting room and car park reservations.
- Support online operations by assisting with click & collect issues, returns authorisations (RAs), and processing online refunds.
- Manage consumables and showroom inventory, including stock control and replenishment.
- Process and track internal staff orders, inventory adjustments, and claims from regional managers.
- Liaise with relevant departments to follow up on advanced shipping notices (ASNs) and resolve operational issues.

- Ensure consistency, efficiency, and accuracy in operational execution across our store network.
