We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at NCN Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care provided to residents, ensuring it meets their individual needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and care management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care and services.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Holds a board-approved qualification in medicines administration.
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement.
