Job Summary: NCN Health is seeking experienced Enrolled and Registered Nurses to join our team in Residential Aged Care.

About the Role: As an Enrolled or Registered Nurse with NCN Health, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and care plans.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate competence in basic computer skills.
• Vaccination against Covid-19 and seasonal Influenza is a mandatory requirement.
