We are seeking experienced Enrolled and Registered Nurses to join our team at NCN Health, providing high-quality care to our residents in our Residential Aged Care facilities.
About the Role
As a Nurse with NCN Health, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, using your skills and experience to provide exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the dignity and well-being of all residents.
Requirements
- Registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrate competence in basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records.
- Vaccination against Covid-19 and seasonal Influenza is a mandatory requirement.
