Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Administer medications safely and accurately, in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
- Support the Clinical Care Manager with the management and completion of EN ACFI assessments.
- Participate in handovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
- Contribute to person-first care planning and evaluation for residents.
- Adhere to legislative requirements and quality guidelines.
- Diploma of Nursing (Endorsed)
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Experience in delivering personal care within an aged care setting
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good clinical observation skills
- Strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes
