About the Role:- Drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver sales growth and business objectives.
- Develop and execute category management plans to optimize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights and drive business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers to maximize sales and revenue growth.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG commercial sales, managing key retail accounts, and delivering revenue targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen and category management expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with major retail customers.
