Job Title: Strategic Workforce Partner

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR professional to support meaningful work in a secure and forward-thinking environment.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, providing timely and strategic HR advice to managers and employees, leading and supporting HR initiatives aligned to workforce plans and organisational priorities, coaching and developing leaders on employee engagement, ER/IR, and performance, diagnosing people-related challenges and implementing fit-for-purpose solutions, preparing and contributing to reports, business cases, and policy development, and supporting HR project delivery, change initiatives, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a HR Consultant or recruitment role, ideally within a complex or highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge across the full HR generalist suite – including performance, change, IR/ER, and talent development.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across multiple levels of leadership.
  • A proactive, commercially-minded approach and a passion for people-focused outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
