Job Title: Strategic Workforce Advisor

This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting end-to-end workforce planning, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and succession management initiatives
  • Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, maintaining a delicate balance between confidence and empathy
  • Promoting performance enhancement and engagement strategies that effectively embed company values throughout the organization
  • Maintaining compliance with Australian employment legislation, modern awards, and internal policies
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or an equivalent advisory role is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and award interpretation is essential
