Strategic Workforce Partner

We partner with leaders to develop and implement innovative solutions that address operational needs and foster a dynamic work environment. Our team collaborates on organisational change and culture-building projects, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

This role requires relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, as well as strong knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices. Proven experience in a similar Human Resources role within the retail industry is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from AUD 120,000 to AUD 150,000, a permanent full-time role based in Eagle Farm, and opportunities for career progression within the retail industry.
