Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Leader

The organisation is seeking an accomplished leader to drive business expansion through strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the organisation's growth objectives
  • Identifying new markets and segments for potential expansion, including analysing funding strategies and assessing their feasibility
  • Driving business growth through partnerships with local organisations, councils, and community groups
  • Providing strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team
  • Encouraging a sales-focused mindset within the team to achieve or surpass sales targets

Candidates will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a senior business development or commercial leadership role, preferably in health, aged care, or community services
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic planning and market analysis
  • A strong understanding of the Home Care sector and local community engagement
