About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has worked previously in a similar management position, prioritises customer satisfaction, enjoys accountability, develops long lasting relationships, manages teams, maintains safety cultures, and demonstrates exceptional communication and organisational skills.
To be successful in this role, you must display:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
- High level of reliability and ability to commit to scheduled hours.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar management position.
- A current police clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and building managers throughout the building.
- Prioritise and manage competing tasks given by different stakeholders throughout the day.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
