Client Services Manager
Gold Coast & Southern Brisbane Area
DW Commercial Cleaning Services is a well-established commercial cleaning company in its 10th year of operations. We service a diverse range of clients from large industrial sites, warehouses, health care, fitness, transport, hospitality, offices & buildings.
Due to internal promotions and steady growth, the position of Client Services Manager has become available within our growing team for the Gold Coast & Southern Brisbane area.
In this role you will be expected to travel to multiple sites and assist with daily operations. We are looking for someone who is not scarred to get their hands dirty if required, train & educate cleaners from a diverse range of cultures on the correct methodology & processes to achieve the best results.
A company vehicle & all equipment will be provided, laptop and mobile phone.
Job Tasks:
Train, mentor & motivate cleaning staff at various sites
Ensure all periodical tasks are completed by cleaners to the highest of standards – steam clean carpets, strip & seal, high pressure cleaning, hard floor scrub, window cleaning etc
Ensure quality assurance and WHS compliance
Assist Operations Manager with all new sites start ups
Induct all new cleaners onsite
Communicate any issues to Operations Manager & work together to solve issues
Random inspections/audits of sites whilst the cleaners are on duty
Skills & Experience:
Be a fantastic communicator with our team members, contractors and clients
A minimum of 3 years commercial cleaning experience, with experience in strip/seal, carpet cleaning, high pressure cleaning, buffing etc.
Knowledge on how to use required equipment auto scrubbers, high pressure cleaners, buffers etc
License
Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills with a strong focus on time management & attention to detail
Able to use own initiative and handle multiple tasks
