Are you a seasoned cleaning professional looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and take on the responsibility of leading our cleaning team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with supervisory experience, who possesses:

  • A keen eye for detail and attention to cleanliness standards;
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities;
  • Effective organizational skills and proficiency in housekeeping management software;
  • Minimum 2 years in housekeeping or a related role.

The successful candidate will oversee, guide, and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule. They will be hands-on whenever needed, monitor and maintain cleaning standards, supervise daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, and provide on-the-job training and support for team members.
