Cleaning Supervisot

Solutions 4 Cleaning is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support a team of professional cleaners. This hands-on, full-time role offers a salary of $68,000 per year, plus superannuation and car allowance. Job locations are throughout the city and surrounding suburbs. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for cleanliness, and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to have you join our dynamic team. Shifts start at 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend on-call duties. Lead the way to cleaner, safer spaces with us

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a small team of professional cleaners.

Writing the roster for your team ensuring all jobs are completed on scheduled days.

Working with the team to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed.

Monitoring inventory and ordering cleaning supplies as needed.

Training new team members and promoting continual learning within the team.

Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a commercial cleaning environment.

· High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

· Strong team management and leadership skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to manage inventory and cleaning equipment.

· Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health and safety regulations.

· Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions when required.
