The Role

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable invoices for transport, shipping lines, and agents. You will resolve exceptions and queries and provide administrative support for the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile AP accounts for all shipping lines, agents, transport, and overheads
  • Prepare and schedule payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Manage detention invoicing and resolve invoicing queries
  • Order office supplies and disbursements invoices
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain a 24-hour backlog
  • Provide weekly updates to the Finance Manager on Bravo Tran issues and opportunities
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional with exceptional reconciliation skills and a freight forwarding background. You will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.
