We are going to establish the first business club for IT contractors in Australia. Would you like to be part of an innovative club of entrepreneurs? A club who empowers its members on their journey towards professional and financial growth?

**About the role**:
The role of Associate Director, who can build their own exclusive team of specialist Tech/Digital and
IT members. In this role, you will not only recruit new members for our entrepreneur’s community and find them exciting projects, but you will also be the first point of contact and trusted advisor for your team of members. On top of this, you get the opportunity to build and grow your own recruitment, sales and management team that will help with supporting your team of contracting members. Your goal will be to set up a team and sign up 100 members in 5 years. Are you up for it?

- Be the first point of contact to our contracting members, our clients, and your recruitment/sales team.

- Be profit and loss responsible for your own team performance.

**What you will bring**:

- A proven track record of recruiting specialist Tech, Digital and IT roles.
- Experience in building and managing your own member contracting team and recruitment/sales team.
- Contribute to a growth mindset and share your strong commercial acumen.
- Good knowledge of the Australian Tech/Digital/IT contracting market.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new business.
- A proven track record of managing customer accounts effectively.

- Social_ - Chapter meetings, social events, comradery, annual family event, buddy program, so our members have co-workers.
- Know-how_ - Learning events, helpdesk, sub communities, yearly $3,6000 study budget, so our members experience relevance.
- Staffing_ - Recruitment of new members and staff - which can give our members leverage.
