Customer Service Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Service team, driving seamless onboarding experiences for business clients. This leadership role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for B2B clients, ensuring smooth transitions and strong client engagement.
  • Lead and manage the customer service team, promoting a collaborative work environment and excellence in customer service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding workflows and resolve complex client issues.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs, guides, and FAQs to support internal teams and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B customer service, onboarding, and compliance, preferably within fintech or financial services.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
