Due to internal career progression, we have an opportunity for an Onboarding & Engagement Manager to join our team.This is a critical role in which you are tasked with heading up an ambitious, hungry team who are responsible for our client's experience, optimising process and exceeding service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with internal teams to ensure new clients are onboarded within SLA.
Track themes, share insights, and drive onboarding and engagement through smarter service delivery.
Collaborate with internal departments to achieve SLA's and identify areas of improvement throughout onboarding and engagement
Drive and create innovative material to increase adoption of the service.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
A natural drive to fix, improve, and take accountability, driving service levels.
Strong reporting and analytical background, through excel Power BI and Tableau
Confident navigating competing priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm, empathetic approach.
You'll have strong influencing language to be able to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
