Procurement Administrator Job Description

This is a key role within our dynamic procurement team, requiring a highly organised and skilled individual to manage contract registers and compliance records, support tenders and quotations, collate contractor KPI's, spend data and ESG/Modern Slavery information, and prepare procurement reports and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract registers and compliance records.
  • Support the tendering and quotation process in line with client procurement guidelines.
  • Collate and analyse contractor KPI's, spend data and ESG/Modern Slavery information for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and draft procurement reports, communications, and contract documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, procurement or supply chain support.
  • A tertiary qualification in property, finance or business administration (desired).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
