Operations Administration Role

At our company, we are seeking an Operations Administration Intern to support our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


About the Role
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and payroll processing.
  • Coordinate float movements and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
  • Support purchasing activities for projects, including hire agreements and associated documents.
  • Enter workshop data into Zoho and complete reporting on defect registers, hour meters, and repair cards.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a basic understanding of technology and software.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties as specified by MCA Management System procedures.
  • Oversee accurate data entry and reconciliation of dockets, invoices, and bills.
  • Process payroll, collect timesheets, and update site hours and leave sheets.
  • Reconcile fuel bills and diesel rebates.
  • Match purchase orders and input creditor's invoices for payment preparation.
  • Coordinate float movements as directed.
  • Assist Site Supervisor and Operations Manager Civil & Plant Hire in purchasing project needs.
  • Complete tasks requested by Directors from time to time.
