Project Coordinator Role Summary

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. This position is responsible for managing contracts, purchasing, and supplier negotiations to maintain optimal relationships with clients and suppliers.

This dynamic individual will coordinate materials, resources, schedules, and deliveries to keep projects on track while overseeing accounts, including invoicing, purchase orders, payables/receivables, supplier accounts, and debtor follow-up.

Key responsibilities include preparing cash flow forecasts, budgets, and monthly summaries; maintaining compliance records (insurance, registrations, licenses); and building strong client and supplier relationships through proactive issue resolution and long-term partnership development.

  • Reporting Structure: The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Sales Manager.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts, purchasing, and supplier negotiations to ensure effective project execution.
  • Coordinate materials, resources, schedules, and deliveries to maintain project timelines.
  • Oversee accounts, including invoicing, purchase orders, payables/receivables, supplier accounts, and debtor follow-up.
