Job Title: Livestock Administration Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking an efficient administration professional to join our livestock support team based at our Albany, WA branch. In this diverse role, you will provide administrative support for livestock sales processing and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all aspects of Livestock Administration including advertising for on-farm sales; signage, brochures, and ad-hoc collateral
- Coordinate NLIS transfers ensuring compliance procedures are followed
- Provide professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective clients
- Manage vendor and purchaser accounts relevant to all Livestock transactions
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives
- Handle Livestock related enquiries to Saleyards & surrounding region
- Collect and process Livestock reports and share with relevant stakeholders
- Assist with ad hoc Livestock activities where needed
- Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment
- Prior experience in Australian farming and agriculture
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A current and clean full driver's license is required
