Position: Administration and Communication Coordinator
Status: Full-time (negotiable)- flexible scheduling and work-from-home opportunities
Category: Fixed term contract (1 year), with view of extension. Three-month probation review and
annual performance review.
Location: Based in Perth CBD, Western Australia
Reports to: General Manager.
Salary package: $75,000k plus 12% superannuation
Benefits: 4 weeks annual leave, Time Off in Lieu (TOIL)

We are seeking a highly organised, collaborative professional who is passionate about administration,
communications, and office management. This role is responsible for the day-to-day organisation of
the Tura office, providing support to the AD/CEO, General Manager, Board. The position is central to
Tura's core business - facilitating internal administration and external communication deliverables.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Executive, Governance and Team Support
• Provide administration and communications support to the team across Tura's Program.
• Maintain effective operational systems across Tura's business including governance
administration and practice.
• Administer, collaborate, and communicate across the team and a range of consultants and
service providers.
• Coordinate staff and contractors travel and logistics.
• Support and implement file management and directory strategies as developed by the Digital
Content Developer.
• Support the GM n management of recruitment processes.
• Develop an office and operational manual.
Office Management
• Liaise with office facilities, access, and leasing agent.
• Manage supply of office consumables, furniture, and equipment.
Grants and Funding
• Contribute to funding applications, reporting, and acquittals.
• Monitor deadlines and identify funding opportunities with Team
Communications
• CRM Management: Work with Team to establish and administer a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution: Support in the delivery of high-quality content supply to Tura's Social Media team and ensure partners, funder and stakeholder acknowledgement are correct and up to date
• Website Maintenance: Support in the updating of website content with service providers.
• Marketing Collateral & Design Coordination: Support development and production of marketing materials.
• Cross-Promotion & Partnerships: Coordinate marketing opportunities with partner organisations, venues, and stakeholders.
• Advertising & Publicity Coordination: Assist with scheduling and execution of advertising campaigns.
• Ticketing & Stakeholder Liaison: Manage and communicate ticketing requests from VIPs, partners, artists, guests, and funding bodies.
• Collateral Management & Media Monitoring: Collate, archive, and manage marketing and press materials, including ongoing media monitoring and coverage reporting.
Information Management
• Manage and liaise with staff regarding their IT support contract and liaise with staff regarding
• Continuously improve online file structure of shared cloud-based drive.
• Ensure effective storage, archiving and disposal of electronic and hard copy records
General Administration & Logistics
• Liaise with the Finance Manager regarding entry for invoices and reimbursements.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation as required and manage calendars and diaries with
staff and contractors.
• On occasion, work outside of standard business hours, especially during events or
performance seasons.
• Exercise duty of care by working safely regarding the safety and wellbeing of others.
• Work according to Tura's philosophy and values.
SELECTION CRITERIA
This position requires strong organisational administration and communication skills, with the ability to
coordinate multiple projects and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM
systems, digital content creation, and event coordination is highly desirable.
Experience
• Minimum of two years professional experience in a similar arts focused administration and/or
communications role.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated high-level computer proficiency in an Apple environment, with a strong focus on
working within the SharePoint and or Google Drive environments for document management,
collaboration, and workflow coordination.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Skilled in digital content management and maintaining organised, accessible systems.
• Possess a sound working knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices, with
knowledge in CRM system management and data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge and experience of writing for
social and print media and web content.
• High level organisational skills with ability to prioritise according to changing demands.
• Photo, audio and video editing experience and knowledge/experience of using InDesign, CANVA
or other graphic design systems is a bonus.
• Passion for social justice and the role of intercultural collaborations has in making a difference.
