About the Role
  • We seek a skilled individual to deliver spiritual support services tailored to residents' preferences and our Mission.
  • You will contribute to mission formation activities within residential aged care homes.
  • Ensure your safety and others' by following all policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role you'll need

  • A Certificate III or IV in Pastoral Care or equivalent qualifications in theology or spirituality.
  • A deep understanding of Catholic faith principles and their relevance to aged care.
  • A commitment to supporting the pastoral/spiritual needs of the sick, elderly, and their family members.
  • The ability to respect residents' values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs.
  • Independence and teamwork skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingsness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
