Pastoral Care Coordinator Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves providing personal spiritual support and pastoral care services to residents and clients in line with their preferences and our Mission.

As a Pastoral Care Coordinator, you will work closely with residents and clients to understand their cultural and spiritual wellbeing needs, providing tailored support and care to meet these needs. You will also be working closely with the Residential Manager to ensure that all aspects of pastoral care are met.
