OverviewPastoral Care Coordinator - Northshore (Palliative care) at HammondCare.
The role provides pastoral care, leadership and support to clients, their families, team members and pastoral care volunteers.
The role supports clients, who are in HammondCare's palliative care service, by visiting them in their own homes across the Northshore.
The role requires access to a car (mileage reimbursed), use of a pool vehicle may be available.
The role is permanent part-time working 3 days per week (22.8 hours pw) (one day must include a Wednesday).
