We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technical Solutions Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Solution Design and Delivery: Conduct discovery sessions, architect solutions, and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to drive business outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales/solution engineering or a similar technical role.
- A solid foundation in SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
