Business Manager for Contract Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Manager for Contract Services to join our team at Davidson.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide business management and administrative support to the Chief Contracts Officer and the technical streams of Contract Strategy, Contract Development and Contract Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate correspondence into and out of Contract Services with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain Contract Services' outgoing stakeholder communications.
  • Develop, manage and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, protocols and risk management requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate records and reports.
  • Lead business support functions across various areas, including operational, reporting, records management, financial, communications and human resource administration activities.
  • Support the delivery of advice and services in relation to procurement, contract development and contract management matters.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively without compromising relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, manage priorities and respond effectively to changing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small, high performing team.
