The Service Support Administrator will play a crucial role in the review, creation, and maintenance of Getinge Service Contracts. This includes the review and processing of service invoicing and financial disputes as well as the creation and maintenance of Service reporting across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of Service contract quotes and proposals
  • Creation and Maintenance of service contracts within SAP
  • Provide reporting through Excel and Power BI
  • Review and process invoicing of Service Work Orders
  • Attend to all invoicing disputes and accounts receivable queries
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of sales and invoicing of Contracts
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Commercial awareness and sound financial and business acumen
  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively with multiple tasks at any given time
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Windows operating system, MS Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Experience with using SAP (desirable, not essential)
