Retail Portfolio Manager Job Opportunity

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of our diverse retail portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant and contractor relationships, sourcing costing information, and implementing sustainability projects.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification and/or relevant industry background in facilities management, with experience in retail/shopping centre FM and multiple site management. They will possess impeccable time and people management skills, as well as project management expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage tenant and contractor relationships through regular meetings and communication
  • Sourcing of costing information and implementation of sustainability projects
  • Assist with and manage CAPEX projects as required
  • Delivery of annual budgets in cooperation with PM/AM

**Requirements and Qualifications:

- Trade qualification and/or relevant industry background in Facilities Management

- Retail/Shpping Centre FM experience advantageous

- Multiple site management experience required

- Impeccable time and people management skills
