Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular presentations inspections for all shopping centers.
- Conduct monthly property inspections for all shopping centers.
- Serve as primary contact for technical and maintenance advice across retail portfolio.
- Secure services to meet technical, risk and statutory requirements within budget.
- Manage essential services, including air conditioning, lifts and fire safety.
- Oversee contracts/service providers.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants and tenant representatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of compliance, risk and sustainability targets and KPIs.
- Optimize building operations to design standards.
- Monitor and manage energy and water consumption.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications (degree or diploma) in Facilities Management, Project Management, Construction or related property discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail environment (preferably).
- Trade qualification in electrical, mechanical engineering or plumbing; or significant experience and demonstrated success in similar role or related industry.
- General knowledge of WHS legislation, principles and practices.
- Basic understanding of key building services and systems.
- Valid driver's license (required for duties across portfolio).
