Retail Portfolio Manager Opportunity
\This is a rare chance to join the team behind one of Brisbane's most iconic destinations, a vibrant hub of retail, dining, cultural and entertainment experiences.
\As Retail Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the retail portfolio. You'll be responsible for driving strong outcomes across sales, compliance, and customer experience.
\The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in Retail or Centre Management, with a strong financial acumen and lease administration expertise. You'll also need exceptional communication and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to balance operational detail with a strong customer and tenant focus.

\About the Role

- Tenancy management including lease dealings, variations, assignments, and renewals\
- Building strong relationships with tenants, ensuring compliance with site rules and lease terms\
- Overseeing retail sales reporting, trends, and performance commentary\
- Managing budgets, forecasts, arrears and debtor management processes\
- Conducting regular inspections of the precinct to ensure the highest operational standards\
- Leading retail stakeholder engagement and acting as a key representative during precinct events\
