Manage a portfolio of retail centers to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Manager to join our team and take on a challenging role that requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results. As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail centers in Launceston.

You will work closely with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure that the trading environment is well presented, safe, and inviting for customers. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional management services to our clients, while also identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Full Real Estate license and at least 2 years of experience in the Property Industry, preferably in Retail Property Management or Centre Management. You should have a strong understanding of centre operations, excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients in administering the terms of all leases.
  • Assist clients to maintain an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events.
  • Regularly inspect centres to ensure the highest level of housekeeping and coordinate any works required.
  • Establish and maintain liaison with all tenants and occupiers of the centre to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager for maintenance works and capital expenditure.
  • Attend regular client management meetings and conference calls.
  • Provide a weekly summary report on tenant performance and feedback and property presentation.
