Retail Delivery Manager

About the Role

This leadership position will oversee the management and development of a dynamic team responsible for executing retail tenancy programs within a diverse portfolio of shopping centres across Australia. The portfolio includes both static assets and those earmarked for major redevelopment, providing opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver retail tenancy programs on time and to budget, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with centre management and leasing teams to develop strategic plans for tenant engagement and retention
  • Track and report on all retail delivery projects across the portfolio, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for improvement
  • Effectively manage conflict resolution with internal and external stakeholders, upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity
  • Drive project teams to achieve significant milestones, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant field such as Construction, Property, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar retail shopping centre environment, with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
