About the Role

The Senior Specialist/Account Manager is accountable for delivering exceptional end-to-end client experience, championing their success throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee clients' core business activities are well-maintained and all commitments are fulfilled.
  • Manage client profiles within a centralized CRM system, including AUM, strategy, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, product support, and technology teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Provide consultation on workflows and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
  • Proactively monitor client health and develop remediation plans when necessary.
  • Conduct quarterly meetings with clients to obtain feedback on overall satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience or 3+ years of platform experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Math, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations.
  • Organized, motivated performer with ability to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Capable of independently managing clients with effective written and verbal communication.
