Unlock a world of opportunity as a Client Success Manager. Deliver outstanding service to clients, driving adoption and utilisation of their engagement platform offering.
As a key member of our team, you will:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with mid-market clients, understanding their people and business goals.
  • Consult, strategize, and deliver solutions that improve program usage and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional solutions, collaborating with colleagues to develop and secure these opportunities.
  • Partner with the Strategic Account Manager to develop account plans, strengthen client retention rates, and optimise the expansion pipeline and conversion.
  • Retain clients revenue by developing strategies to avoid risks and renew contracts.
  • Plan and implement engagement strategies, including communications plans to improve employee engagement, usage, and adoption of client products.
  • Analyse engagement data and review results with clients to demonstrate value and alignment with their success goals.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A good level of experience in proactive and strategic B2B client relationship or client service roles.
  • Strong internal and external relationship building skills.
  • Ability to partner with organisations of 500-2000 employees.
  • Previous experience presenting programme solutions to groups of end-users.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
