About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in a clinical leadership role. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions, and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings. You will leverage your skills & experience to provide supervision to other Occupational Therapists, supporting them with clinical reasoning and recommendations to provide optimal outcomes for their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions, and complete reports for all ages referred to the service
- Supervise and support other Occupational Therapists in their clinical practice
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our company's clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- 2+ years experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a public or private setting
- AHPRA Registration (un-restricted)
- NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
- Current Australian driver's licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
