The Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and providing clinical leadership to allied health professionals across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and integrated services to the local community, including preventative care, early intervention, and therapeutic treatment.
- Provide clinical supervision to less experienced allied health professionals, assistants, and students.
- Collaborate with health professionals and service providers from various sectors to ensure optimal outcomes for the community.
- Develop and implement models of care and workforce development initiatives to improve service quality and safety.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Eligibility for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association.
- Strong clinical experience and a blend of generalist and specialist knowledge.
