About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Medibank Private Limited. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and expertise to our Allied Health team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in the community, including home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications.
- Lead and support other allied health clinicians within the team, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical leadership role.
- Strong clinical expertise and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes and work in a mobile capacity.
