Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Benevolent Society. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to our clients, including evidence-based assessments, interventions, and home modifications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to less experienced Occupational Therapists
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Conduct comprehensive functional capacity assessments and provide recommendations for assistive technology
- Lead and mentor Occupational Therapist team members to ensure best practice and high-quality care
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience working with clients with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and leadership to less experienced Occupational Therapists
- Adaptable and flexible approach to meet client needs and NDIS plans
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel to clients
