As a pivotal member of our team, the Senior Engineering and Facilities Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the overall performance of building engineering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to relevant statutory regulations and best practices for maintenance of the property structure, façade, fittings, finishes, and services.
  • Effectively manage property services and other works required within the properties to achieve sustainable and cost-effective performance.
  • Operate the Property in a manner that continuously improves performance and reduces environmental impact.
  • Achieve Sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set annually with stakeholders.
  • Manage, train, and delegate duties to Facilities Supervisors.
  • Participate in the Environmental Health and Safety Leadership Team.
  • In consultation with senior management, prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets, monitoring and updating budgets quarterly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience in critical areas.
  • Thorough understanding of building services design and engineering management principles.
  • Ability to identify and implement operational efficiency opportunities and implement agreed solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • High energy, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-centric approach and strong problem-solving skills.
