Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Senior Civil and Structural Engineer located in Sydney, NSW with great work from home and job flexibility. The Senior Civil and Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, project planning, business and staff management of the company. Daily tasks include performing engineering analysis, design verification, dealing with clients, preparing quotations and reports, coordinating with other engineers and clients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Civil and Structural Engineering skills
  • Experience in design and project management
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Business management and client relationship skills are desireable
