Senior Facilities Management Engineer

As a senior leader in facilities management, you will oversee all engineering operations across the hotel's interior and exterior facilities. This includes systems like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, structural elements, and landscaping.

Your role ensures seamless facilities management, exceptional guest experiences, and compliance with safety and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel
  • Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order
  • Monitor and coordinate services performed by outside contractors in accordance with contracts and service agreements
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Plan, implement and administer an effective preventive maintenance program in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and legislation
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety, Fire or other relevant legislation

In addition to these responsibilities, managing maintenance budgets, coordinating renovation bidding, and responding to emergencies such as equipment failures or natural disasters is also essential for this position.
