About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Platform Optimisation Specialist to join our team at NewyTechPeople. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for optimising and enhancing our digital workplace, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our digital workplace, including M365 applications like Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Troubleshooting skills to handle incident management, service requests, and user support, ensuring seamless integration across workplace platforms.
- Designing and deploying new features, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring compliance with our security standards.
- Collaboration with our IT Systems, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
- Assistance in IT audits, budgeting, and licensing management, as well as participation in Agile development projects that drive innovation in our digital workplace.
About You
- A proven track record in managing Microsoft 365, particularly in administering Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and related digital tools.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian platforms and ITSM integrations.
- A background in Level 2-3 troubleshooting, problem management, and platform customisation within a mid-to-large IT environment.
- An understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
