**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Manager to join our Agency Sales team in Adelaide. This role plays a key part in supporting the Group Sales Leader in leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of Business Managers and Campaign Executives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth across small, mid, and large out-of-home formats through the Adelaide market.
  • Lead the team's quarterly account planning, forecasting, and execution processes to support targeted revenue growth.
  • Manage and expand key accounts, identifying opportunities to drive up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate closely with other Business Managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to effectively position oOh's products and solutions within the Adelaide market.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Account Management (sales) function within media and advertising.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach.
  • Exemplary communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
