  • End-to-end onboarding: Guide suppliers through the entire onboarding process from setup to full adoption.
  • Project management & training: Manage onboarding projects, map out processes and deliver training to empower suppliers.
  • Problem-solving & process improvements: Identify common customer challenges and develop solutions to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to gather requirements ensuring the platform meets their needs.
  • Solution design: Translate requirements into actionable plans including solution designs and configurations.
  • Testing & troubleshooting: Participate in testing and manage technical escalations through to resolution working closely with internal teams.
  • Project tracking & reporting: Maintain project plans with clear tasks milestones and timelines ensuring smooth execution.

About this role:

  • Experience in implementation onboarding or project management a plus especially within SaaS tech or hospitality industries.
  • Strong ability to establish and manage project goals and timelines ensuring successful delivery.
  • Process optimisation skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills can break down complex concepts and convey key messages clearly.
  • A proactive attitude with a knack for problem-solving influencing outcomes.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
