There are some big, juicy problems in property management that need to be solved. In the time it takes you to read this job ad, 21 tenants will be approved for a rental property, giving property owners, new tenants, and property managers new relationships to manage. How do we make this experience not only frictionless, but fun, for everyone?
Kolmeo's mission is to revolutionise the way people think about renting, owning and managing property, and really listen to our customers and their needs - better streamlining of payments between tenants and owners, automating the day-to-day time consuming stuff, and saving property managers time.
Since 2020, we've seen more than THREE BILLION dollars in payment transactions soar across our platform
More than 469,417 workflows tasks have been ticked off (our users are productivity obsessed)

With more than 15 years of adventures in prop-tech, Kolmeo gives real estate agencies around Australia the right tools and technology to perfectly balance the tenant, owner, and property manager relationship. In fact, we used to be the customer - a prop-tech company born out of property management - so we intimately understand their joys and sorrows (and our customers are at the heart of everything we do).
So what's the gig?
Kolmeo is on the hunt for a Customer Onboarding Coordinator to play a key support role in ensuring our new customers have a smooth and successful start with our software. You'll be part of the onboarding team, working alongside the Customer Onboarding Manager and the wider CX team coordinating tasks, keep things moving, and support our customers every step of the way.
Our ideal candidate?
You've had some experience in a real estate office - maybe as a Leasing Assistant, Assistant PM, or even an agency office Receptionist or similar. You know the basics of how rentals work, but you're ready for a new challenge away from the high-pressure front lines, and are keen to pivot into the world of technology.

A day in the life of a Customer Onboarding Coordinator:
- Support onboarding and implementation of our new customers
- Keep projects on track by capturing meeting notes, sending updates, and following up on next steps/action items
- Ensure there's lots of timely communication so our customers feel super supported with their onboarding
- Assist in setting up customer accounts, software environments, templates, and configurations to meet each specific customers needs
- Keep detailed onboarding records and documentation, and track and report on onboarding progress
- Assist the delivery of customer training sessions and keeping our Knowledge Base documentation up-to-date
- Bring your property management or real estate eye to continuous improvement at Kolmeo - share your thoughts on what would make good into great
To hit this job out of the park, you should have:
- Experience in or exposure to property management or real estate (residential rentals) in some capacity (eg. admin, assistant, property manager, etc.)
- Highly organised and detail-obsessed (the kind of person who actually reads the fine print)
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and everything in between
- Self-aware and adaptable – comfortable working with a variety of personality types
- Quick to learn new systems, adaptable to change, and calm under pressure
- A team player approach with a customer-first mindset.
