As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of tasks to support the growth and success of our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking market transactions, compiling and interpreting market data, and providing information to clients.
  • Supporting agents and administration staff by maintaining land ownership and databases, ensuring database integrity and accuracy.
  • Working with tenant representatives, preparing development feasibilities, assisting with presentations, client reporting, submissions, and marketing collateral packages for leasing campaigns.
  • Analyzing economic and property trends to assist with presentations.
  • Cordinating the leasing team, participating in client meetings and inspections, and managing and maintaining up-to-date client contact databases and enquiries on various programs.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience from university studies or in a related role within the industry. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and administrative capabilities are essential. Excellent written, verbal, and face-to-face presentation skills are also required. Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, are necessary for this role. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented individuals who are career-minded, client-focused, and rapport-building are encouraged to apply.
